Green Bean Casserole .... lite!

Green Bean Casserole
[less fat, 1.5 g per serving, than what we're used to!]
1 pound lightly steamed, drained green beans
½ pound chopped carrots
1 cup nonfat milk
2 TBL grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp black pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place vegetables in a glass baking dish that has been lightly coated with pam.

Pour milk over top and sprinkle with pepper.
Top with Parmesan cheese and bake for 20 min or until cheese is golden. Serve hot.
